Service Description
****Please note: this is not a live Zoom call. Due to my schedule, I currently do not offer live readings. You do not need to be available at the date/time you choose, as this is the time I will be recording your reading on my end. You'll receive a private link within 5 hrs of your booking time. It usually does not take this long, but I put a buffer there to account for any issues with internet, YouTube, or other technical things that may crop up.****
Cancellation Policy
Currently all of my readings are delivered as recorded private video links. I do not offer 1:1 Zoom calls at this time. Your reading will be recorded at the time slot you select, and then sent to the email you input within 5 hours of your booking time. Generally it does not take this long to get your reading to you, but I put a buffer on it, because sometimes YouTube/internet/google can be slow going. There is also a 72 hour grace period for each of my recorded readings. This is in place to ensure that even in the event of a last minute emergency, etc, coming up, I am still able to get your reading to you. If something were to occur that causes your reading to be later than expected I will reach out to the email I have on file for you as soon as possible. If for some reason I'm unable to do your reading within 72 hours of your initial booking, I will give the option of a refund if you do not wish to reschedule. I do not offer refunds for personal tarot readings. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your reading, or if you have any questions regarding something that came up, please do not hesitate to reach out. I will get back with you as soon as I can to hopefully reach a resolution.
